General information
The meeting will be
held in the Hotel Valentina. All sessions and workshops will be
accommodated in the conference centre.

Travelling
There are direct flights to Odessa from Vienna,
Budapest, Varshava, Istanbul, Moscow. Shuttle bus service from
the Odessa airport to the hotel Valentina will be available for
all participants on 10 and 11 September. Participants from
Ukraine and neighbouring countries also can arrive by train, bus
or car. From the train/bus stations the hotel can be reached by
taxi. In case of any questions after arrival to Odessa please
call the local organizers of the meeting from the airport/stations.
Costs
Conference fees (include conference materials, mid-conference
excursion, shuttle bus transportation, welcome reception and
coffee/tea during breaks) are 80 EUR. Accommodation (includes
lodging & breakfast): Single (30 - 55 EUR) and double (35 _
38 EUR) rooms including breakfast are available at the hotel
Valentina. All meals will be served at the hotel and will cost 15
_ 20 EUR with local dry wine. Cost of the friendly dinner will be
25 EUR.
Excursion
A full day excursion will be organised on 12
September to the Dniester delta wetlands area.
Payments
All payments are to be made during the meeting by
cash.
Proceedings
It is intended to publish proceedings with all contributions of
the plenary sessions and selected posters and workshop
presentations. The full papers of the presentations will be
gathered during the meeting and during the two months after the
meeting.

Full costs including travelling, meals, and accommodation will be
150 EUR per person.
